One of our primary roles is helping tenants through fit-out and renovation projects. We work closely with tenants to discuss contractors, vendors, and keep projects on schedule. Having one team oversee the process creates a smoother experience and ensures everyone stays aligned from start to finish.

FCP's recent work includes the repositioning of a 50,000-square-foot vacant facility on Troy Schenectady Road through a comprehensive redevelopment strategy that included tenant relocation, fit-up construction, building expansion, and financing coordination. By managing each phase of the project under one coordinated approach, the property was transformed to meet occupancy requirements within an accelerated timeline.

We view design and construction management as an extension of property performance. When done well, it creates environments that better support the businesses that occupy them while strengthening the property's long-term value.
