Bank of America Announces New Regional Office at Century Hill Plaza

Bank of America has announced plans to invest more than $23 million in a new regional office at Century Hill Plaza in Latham, marking another significant investment by a major employer in the Capital Region.

The new 50,000-square-foot office will be constructed at 16 Plaza Drive, on a four-acre site within Century Hill Plaza. The new facility will bring together approximately 240 Bank of America employees. The new workplace will have modern meeting spaces, updated technology, and on-site parking.

FCP Real Estate had previously marketed the 16 Plaza Drive site as a development opportunity. The plans were extended by the Town of Colonie earlier this year, keeping the site positioned for future development.
