As Partner, Kevin plays a pivotal role in unifying all real estate services at FCP. With over seven years at the company, he brings extensive expertise in leasing and sales, construction project management, and financing across multiple real estate asset classes. Kevin is recognized for his collaborative approach with landlords and clients, consistently delivering practical, value-driven solutions that promote long-term success.

Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Siena College and is a NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. He is actively involved with several professional associations, including the Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers (CIREB)—where he has served on the Board of Directors since 2024—the New York State Commercial Association of REALTORS (NYSCAR), and the Capital Region Chamber of Commerce. In 2025, he was honored as a Costar Power Broker.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys listening to music, spending time with his wife Hanna and son Dermot, golfing, and endurance training. He has completed four full Ironman races, including the Kona, Hawaii World Championships. Kevin is also deeply committed to community service and is actively involved with local non-profits, including Hope House Inc. and the American Cancer Society.
