Joseph “Joe” has served as the General Manager of Property Services at FCP for over seven years. As an integral member of our property management team, he brings more than 26 years of experience in leasing, tenant coordination, construction, operations, and the management of diverse commercial properties.

Before joining FCP, Joe was Director of Shopping Center Management for Pyramid Management Group, where he oversaw 14 retail shopping centers, two power centers, and hospitality spaces totaling 18 million square feet. He holds Associate Degrees from the Community College of the Air Force and SUNY Ulster, as well as a B.S. in Business Administration from the University at Albany. A proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force and the NY Air National Guard, Joe is known for his dedication, collaborative spirit, and genuine care for clients and colleagues alike.
