Jim brings over 32 years of facilities management and maintenance experience to the FCP team as a Property Manager. He oversees 600,000 square feet of commercial properties and is known for his extreme attentiveness and responsiveness to owners' and tenants' needs.

His approachable personality and sincere friendliness have been instrumental to FCP and to any property he manages. Jim has earned his Associate’s degree in Electrical Construction and Maintenance from Hudson Valley Community College.
