With over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate, Deborah is a dedicated Advisor to the Partners at FCP who brings passion, expertise, and a collaborative approach to every project.

Her background includes commercial development, sales and leasing, conceptual floor design, rental operations, and property management. Known for her thoughtful guidance and strong client relationships, Deborah is a trusted advisor and leader within ourteam. She holds a B.S. in Marketing and Finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology, as well as a New York State Real Estate Broker License.

Deborah is an active member of the Greater Capital Association of Realtors (GCAR), the Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers (CIREB), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

When she’s not overseeing FCP’s portfolio of over 2 million square feet of property, Deborah enjoys traveling with her husband, skiing, practicing Pilates, and spending time on the golf course, where she has recorded two holes-in-one. As a dedicated supporter of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, she frequently travels to England and enjoys following the club both at home and abroad.
